Business Law in Today’s Multicultural Society

We invite you to our networking event on Wednesday November 2nd , 2016.

On this event our vice president, Dr. Abedi will have short presentation followed by a question and answer session about the business laws.

The topic will cover: the laws that govern how to start, buy, manage and close or sell any type of business such as corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorship and limited liability companies. Business law also covers buying an existing business including franchise. The person or the corporation purchasing the existing business must conduct negotiation in good faith and do their due diligence in order they do not breach their obligations.
